For the Warcraft fans, for the Horde! Cranking out work getting ready for Halcon 2019

This is the original head I sculpted to build the mask around to give it the shape and character it needed.

First layer of burlap stretched over head.

2nd layer of burlap and many hours of stitching and getting the eyes, mouth and nostrils right. I have been lining the masks lately with cotton from the start so it is nice to wear and not scratchy from the burlap.
Here's the orc skull and axes logo before it was painted. Takes a long time to stitch in logos with a lot of detail. I also used two different styles of twine for this one.

I first stitch in all my logos then paint them afterwards to give them a bit more dimension.

I like to use burlap for everything so the beard is done one strand at a time with burlap twine. I then dyed his har and his beard. This dude's hair tuned out great kinda dreaded braided warrior style.

Go green! This is my first time doing teeth out of foam. Bit of a process of carving/sculpting sealing and painting but they turned out great in the end. Also many times when you do something for the first time or even the 100th time you screw it and have to start over haha. It is important to just get back on that horse again though and do it over you will be much happier. I lucked out and only had to make these teeth once.

Different shades of green.. ooh nice skin tone buddy!

Skin finished by adding in some yellow and burnt sienna. Burnt Sienna rules, it is the franks hot sauce of colors i put that shit on everything!
The completed Razorback Holler Orc mask.
